General Counsel

Michelle C.L. Edborg specializes in insurance coverage matters, employment law, construction defect, personal injury, and business litigation. She has written hundreds of coverage opinions for a number of insurance carriers. In addition, she has defended insurance companies in a variety of litigation matters, including bad faith litigation, contribution lawsuits and declaratory relief matters. She has successfully extricated insurers from litigation by way of demurrer as well as summary judgment. In addition, Michelle has been involved in writing insurance policies and has written dozens of
endorsements. Michelle’s litigation experience includes trials, arbitrations, mediations and appellate work.


Michelle earned her law degree from Whittier Law School, where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Prior to this, she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Management of Organizations from Pacific Christian College.


She joined Premier Claims Management, LLC in February 2007. During this time, she has evaluated coverage issues, adjusted claims, attended mediations, and has worked with panel counsel. She is proactive and understands the need to move cases toward resolution while still protecting the interests of the insured and the insurance company.
